Movie making is an art that can create magic on big screens to lead new generation for decades. But it does not happen every time. Sometimes we have to face inhuman ideas having nothing to do with humanity. We have compiled a list of most sick films released in 21st century.
Martyrs (2008)
French film Martyrs was banned for its overdose of torture violence. It’s based on an orphan girl victimized by her foster family in order to know secretes of the afterlife by a secret (mad) society. Girl goes under mental trauma leading to nowhere but her friend’s inhuman torture until she dies.
The Human Centipede 2 (2010)
Directed by Dutch director Tom Six, The Human Centipede is a story of Dr. Heiter, a psycho who makes human centipede by sewing living human from anus to mouth just to watch what happens. Film goes beyond the imagination involving sex, violence, blood and madness even it can be defined as never before psycho violence on screen.
Visitor Q (2001)
We don’t have words to define the movie’s plot but it’s a small budget movie by Takashi Miike essaying scenes of offensive acts involving rape, incest, drugs and everything rounds up in a home. It’s hard to find that which thoughts motivate Hollywood directors to make too sick movies.
Antichrist (2009)
A couple’s story that goes to celebrate vacations in a house but is attacked by an evil spirit turning the place into river of blood. Its most infamous scene is where girl masturbate her husband until he ejaculates blood. Might be good for horror lovers but not for an average viewer.
Irreversible (2002)
Featuring Monica Bellucci’s whole nine minute long rape scene, Irreversible is a revenge story film which converts into terrifically horror when you saw a socking and sudden nightclub murder in which victim’s head is crushed badly. Infamous rape scene also attracted attention as it reflects helplessness of the victim Monica who decides to take her own toll to the criminal.
I Spit On Your Grave (2012)
It’s Remake of 1978’s film with same title (which was also picked from a novel). It narrates story of writer Jenny who is brutally raped, humiliated, beaten only to die by gang of local coons including a psycho and criminal. But she survives only to take revenge on her hunters. Film becomes unbearable during Jennifer’s torture leaving no hope for her life.
