So it’s a win-win offer for them. Meanwhile China will learn excellent movie marketing practices and new technical skills.

Apparently China has given films like ‘Crouching Tigers Hidden Dragons’ to the world but it lacks the global attention. This is the reason China is keen to set new alliances with World’s best entertainment industry’s leaders so it can sale Chinese films.

According to this alliance movie industry’s giant will help China to setup a joint venture studio in Shanghai and 15 IMAX (or 3D) films will be added to the annual quota of 20 foreign films a year as the government policies.

Titanic and Avatar fame director James Cameron has also expressed his interest in China though he wants to maintain her independence while making a film. China has a censor policy to condemn things on the name of anti-state so Cameron thinks it would kill his creativity thus he is not confirm right now to start a project.

It is also mentionable that earlier above joint venture Chinese films had been appreciated by the critics such as ‘Crouching Tigers Hidden Dragons’ ‘Hero’, ‘Lust Caution’, etc. Therefore it can be expected that this will infuse new blood in both film industry and will provide chances to see some good quality movies to the global viewers.
