Swords are the part of film making usually it is used in either historical of fictional movies. We compiled a list of the best seven Hollywood films that are remembered only for sword fighting scenes.
Troy
A classical movie based on true history ‘Troy’ was an excellent movie with excellent sword fighting scenes. Woven surrounding the city of Troy movie has awesome action sequences especially of Herculus (Brad Pitt).
Matrix Reloaded (or Matrix II)
Matrix was the first movie to beginning amazing and fast fight scenes even it is the best till today for its overall presentation. In this part of Matrix Series sword fighting brings the soul to the film.
Conan the Barbarian
Based on fiction, Conan the Barbarian can not be said good in any manner other than sword-and-sorcery. Arnold did it in his earlier day while he did not earn his fighter image. Though film was full of blood and violence it is remembered only for swords and fighting scenes of Conan with the antagonists.
Dragonslayer
First Disney film to show full frontal nudity, Dragonslayer was a fantasy film revolving around an evil dragon who eats virgins. It had incredible special effects and actions even it is known as the best film on dragon. Film changed the Disney traditions and introduced Disney with nudity, violence and blood.

Starring by Uma Thurman Kill Bill series had never before sword fighting scenes. You can not imagine Kill Bill without Uma Thurman or swords. Both are the soul of films. Tunings between different sword fighters and other special effects, Kill Bill is one of the top sword fights movies despite its one line story.
Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time
Like all fantasy movies, Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time is has sword in hands of enemies. On one side Prince has to prove his innocence on another hand he has to slay the villain having supernatural powers. It has everything like a magic weapon, a cursed royal family, beautiful priestess, evil sorcerer and huge budget to create mind blowing special effects.
Scorpion King
All fantasy movies have one thing in common i.e. swords. You can not imagine them without sword fights that’s why Scorpion King has sword and magic.
